Fleet Social
Fleet Social is a private posting tool. It publishes posts to the social media accounts of a small group of brands that all belong to the same owner, and it reads back the statistics for those posts. It is not a public service: nobody outside that group can sign up, and it does not post for anyone else.
It runs on our own computer, using the open-source scheduler Postiz.
